Policies

• A minimum of 2 weeks in advance notice from pick up date is required for me to accept your order.

• Once responded with a quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due a minimum of one week prior of pick up date.

• Preferred payment methods: Cash, Zelle, or Venmo. If you do Venmo, note that a 2% service fee will be added to the total.

• I will not start on your order if down payment is not received!

• The rest of the payment is needed the day before pick up date. Exception with same-day payment if paying with cash.

• All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves my possession.

• If you choose to rent dessert stands, they will need to be returned to me at my house. Please note that any lost or damaged stands will need to be paid for.
